My father once told me that 80 percent of people live within 50 miles of where they were born. I’m not sure if that’s true or not, but what he said has stuck with me and is still with me to this day. Maybe it’s a flaw that I can’t stop moving - falling in love with the people and places that I go - knowing that the day will come when the bags need packed and I will move on.
Each of these photographs are places I’ve visited or lived, from National Parks to South East Asia. Each image brings back intense memories. The good, the bad, and everything in between, and it’s all worth it. My only regret is not shooting more and keeping that Canon next to me like an extra appendage.
